What It Takes To Be A Citizen Capital Client.
A fully completed application form with all details intact and requirements met from anyone that has reached the age of majority and he/she is a Ghanaian Citizen or permanent resident may apply. To be approved for the loan, all applicants need a good credit history and current income sufficient to repay the debt.
Thus we will need to see a reasonably strong credit history from your previous borrowers, last 3 months bank statements and payroll slips, introductory letter and a copy of your appointment letter from you employers.

In March this year, Citizens Capital in partnership with Indiana University-Kelley School of Business MBA Students from United States of America brought Financial Literacy education into our communities.
We also, understand that a good lender is at the heart of a community, and that investing in our communities enriches us all. That’s why we partner with Opinion Leaders, Queen Mothers of the Market Centers, Associations Heads or Church Elders to build vital connections and help communities prosper.
Within a period of 2 years of operations, we have grown to become one of the resilient money lenders in terms of loans, recovery and technology with two branches in Greater-Accra. We have created jobs for 10 very qualified and dedicated staff members. We could not have achieved this feat without our loyal customers and reliable staff. We therefore deem it appropriate to reward them in our small way by issuing sales aprons for their day-to-day activities and motivate the human capital as well.
